Content We Liked: 5th March, 2023

Although it’s a big internet out there, the Tabletop digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.

On the Internet at Large

These Napoleonic French are crisp as hell to begin with but we’ve gotta highlight that banner. Zut alors that’s a hell of a paintjob in a world where paper foldy banners are the norm for historicals, with some ultra-precise detailing on the filigree and the design.

LLUNDU’GUR THE FLAYER ONE, c’tan from which was born the flayer virus that terrorizes the entire necron race. I have already posted now and there but it wasn’t really finished from Warhammer40k

The Warsinger graces this page for a second week in a row with yet another grotesquely beautiful creation. This time a gore-slick interpretation of the fallen C’tan Llundu’gur. A non-Euclidian being indeed.

Recently finished these creepy Nurgle-fellas. from ageofsigmar

Keeping the body-horror train rolling with these Maggotkin Blight Kings, whose simple but effective conversions upon the base kit and a utterly filth-stained palate really hammers on the sheer horror of their existence. Particularly love the fella on the left leaning for support on a shield that looks like it could crumble from rust at any moment.

Gotta love this tribute to classic Space Hulk. blending both the actual board game’s and the in-universe illustrations together into a loving ode that almost feels like a missing White Dwarf cover from the mists of yore.

Door goes up, door goes down. Door goes up, door goes down. Door goes up, door go-

(For serious though, this is a fantastically Khorne’d up Land Raider with some excellent use of Bloodbound pieces and a new Berserker looking like he’s forcing his way out the hatch out of sheer impatience).
